Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return any limited edition full priced item please email designroom@brooksltd.net within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization number (RA#). To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Once the return is received, in the same condition, we will issue a credit to your card for the amount less shipping charges. We will not accept returns without an RA# or after the 7 day period.

There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise and masks.

Custom Orders

For custom orders we require a non refundable 50% deposit. There are no returns or exchanges as we hand make our custom pieces to specific requests.

Any altered merchandise is non refundable.
